How do I book a session?To book a session, we follow a simple process: First, please fill out our inquiry form on our website. Next, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and goals. Once we've determined the best approach, a deposit is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit is applied directly towards the total cost of your session.

What is your cancellation policy?If a session is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. We dedicate our time to you, and cancellations impact our schedule. However, you are always welcome to reschedule your session.

What do consultations entail and what do they cost?We offer complimentary consultations via phone or text, whichever you prefer. In-home consultations have a charge of $60. Residents of Las Colinas receive free in-home consultations.

Do I need to be present during the organizing session?It is helpful for you to be present, especially during the decluttering phase, as you will be making decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard. However, for certain tasks, you may not need to be present for the entire session. We can discuss this during your consultation.

How do I prepare for your visitYou don't need to do anything to prepare! We prefer to see your space as it normally is so we can best assess your needs and develop a personalized organizing plan.

What if I'm embarrassed by the state of my home?Please don't be! We approach every project with compassion and without judgment. Our goal is to help you create a functional and peaceful environment, no matter what your starting point is. We've seen it all!

What should I do about my pets during the session?We adore pets! However, to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, including your beloved animals and our organizers, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for your pets to be in a separate, secure area during our organizing session. This allows us to focus entirely on transforming your space efficiently and without any concerns.

Are tips expected?Tips are never expected but are always appreciated.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance services?Yes! We offer ongoing maintenance services, allowing clients to book us to come monthly or twice a month to keep their home organized year-round. This maintenance service has a special rate; please contact us for more information.

Do you organize papers and documents?When organizing offices, we do not typically file papers or documents during a general organizing session. We will help you categorize and pile them. We offer a separate, dedicated session specifically for filing and organizing your papers and documents, such as utilities, medical bills, and bank statements.

Should I hire one or two organizers?The decision to hire one or two organizers depends on the scope of the project. If you have a significant amount of items to sort through, hiring two organizers is recommended to ensure the job is completed more quickly and efficiently.

Do you offer cleaning services?Our primary focus is organizing. While we may wipe down surfaces as part of the organizing process, we do not provide deep cleaning services.

Do you remove trash from my home?We do not remove trash from your home. We will collect and place any discarded items in the designated area you provide.

What do you do with items I no longer want?We offer complimentary donation drop-offs for household items that fit in the trunk of our vehicle. We are unable to transport large or bulky items such as furniture. If you have more than six boxes or bags of donations, we can schedule a donation pick-up service for you, where a truck will collect the items directly from your home.

Do you purchase organizing supplies for clients?Yes, we are happy to purchase containers and organizing supplies on your behalf at no extra charge for our time. You will simply reimburse us for the cost of the items themselves.

Are containers and organizing supplies included in your service fee?No, the cost of containers, organizers, and packing supplies is not included in our service fee. These items are charged separately based on your specific needs.

Do you charge for travel?We do not charge for mileage unless your location is more than 30 miles from our base (Irving, Las Colinas)
